WePrint (including "we", "our" or "the app" where mentioned below) is a mobile multifunctional printing product which provided by Shanghai ThanMore Network Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "the company"). If you decide to use the services provided by our products, this agreement is used to inform how the privacy of users is collected, used and disclosed. If you select to use the services we provide, it shows you agree to the collection and use of information that related to the policy. We respect and protect your privacy and will make every effort to protect the security of your personal information and data. We will not use or share your information with anyone unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.

1. Collect Information

We collect a part or all of the information you provide, in order to offer you with satisfactory services, and improve your user's experience as well.

The Company and its affiliated companies (affiliated companies refer to the enterprises that have direct or indirect, equity or other forms of control relationship, and the juridical person who has a significant impact on the company's operations) own and retain the following entire and indivisible ownership and/or intellectual property rights.

● Software, technology, program, code, user interface, etc. which related to the application platform of the WePrint;

● The trademarks and graphic marks which related to this service.

The text, software, sound, pictures, animation, video, graphics, etc. Which involved in the service content provided by the company are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and other relevant laws. Without the authorization of the company or other relevant rights holders, users are not allowed to copy, apply, modify, extract, translate, publish, the third parties are strictly forbidden to use it without any written permission of the company and/or its relevant rights holders.

1.1 Collect equipment and technical information (Android platform)

(1) Device attribute information

We collect device attribute information. For example, your hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, International Mobile Device Identity Code (IMEI), International Mobile User Identity Code (IMSI), network device hardware address MAC, BSSID, SN, advertising identifier IDFA, etc. After we obtain this information, we will generate a device ID by means of splicing and encryption. When an abnormal situation occurs in your application, this device ID will be uploaded to our background together with the abnormal information, so that our engineers can analyze the cause of the error and test on the same device.We will collect and read the SSID of WIFI and other information for the analysis of WIFI two-dimensional code.

(2) Device location information

We collect device location information. Such as the location obtained by IP address, GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal. We provide Bluetooth printer and wifi printer, in the printer search connection process, need to use this information to distinguish between Bluetooth search (connection) or wifi search (connection), this information we will not save.

(3) Device language

We will obtain the device system language, our application supports multiple languages, when the user sets the language type of the application to follow the system, the text language displayed by the application is the system language.

(4) Device installation list

We collect device installation list information. One of the ways we present our company is the map display, where we determine which map software to open by getting a list of device installations.

(5) Clipboard personal information

When the WePrint application is abnormal, we will save the error information through the clipboard, and then upload the error information to our server, so that engineers can find and solve the problem in time.

In order to ensure you use the WePrint normally, we may collect the data which you used from WePrint, so that we can maintain and analyze the functions of the application and personalize the content of the application.

We will collect the device attribute information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, International Mobile Equipment Identity Code IMEI, International Mobile Subscriber Identity Code IMSI, Network Device Hardware Address MAC, Identifier for advertisers IDFA) , device location information (such as the location information obtained by IP address, GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal), device connection information (type of browser, telecom operator, language used), and device status information (such as the device sensor data, the device app installation list).

Data security plays a really important role in our life, however, no any security measure is 100% perfect or impenetrable. We strive to use the commercially acceptable ways to protect your personal data, but may not guarantee them absolute security.

3.2 Data Transmission

Your information (including the personal data) may be transferred to the computers which beyond your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, and the data protection laws of these computers may differ from the data protection laws in your jurisdiction. Therefore, if you are located China overseas and select to provide information to us, please be aware that we transfer the data (including personal data) to China and process them. By accepting the agreement and submitting the information, you consent to the transfer.

WePrint may disclose your personal data sincerely if necessary, such as in the following situations:

3.4 Jump to Another APP or Website

Our services will jump to another app or website which not operated by us. If you select and complete the jump, your privacy will not be protected by us. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of each app or website you visit. We have no control over the privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service content, nor take any responsibility for this.

4. Delete Information

There is no need to delete or log out of the login account in Wechat. WePrint does not provide the function for individual users to register an account. Template management for individual users is divided into two ways, local templates and official templates. The login function is not available for individual users. When another company has a business partnership with us, and if they have requirements on multiple accounts for collaborative management, we will give them a time-limited login method, but the login method will be invalid after the contract expires, so there is no need to delete the information.

5. Protect Information

We have implemented reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, security and integrity of the information collected, in addition, prevent unauthorized access to and use of the information in violation of this privacy policy. While we use every efforts to keep your information secure while we maintain it, but please be aware that no security measure is 100% absolutely secure.
